I understand that there are times in your life when you might feel depressed, anxious and stressed. There can be many different reasons and causes for this, some you may understand and some you won't. Whether you feel you understand what is happening to you or not I am here to help in this time of difficulty and distress.  I will work along side you to help you explore your own thoughts and feelings.

I believe it is important for you as my client to be at the centre of the counselling relationship and therefore I will always aim to see your world as you do without judging and offer understanding in a safe space. Here you can go at your own pace and gain more insight into your own thoughts and feelings This will enable you to gain more self-awareness and recognition about why you think and feel as you do. This new understanding will help you work out what is best and right for you and how you can move forward in your life.
