I'm aware there are times in our lives when we might need some help with what we are going through. There can be many different reasons and causes for this which can sometimes leave us feeling stressed, depressed or anxious. Whether we feel we understand what is happening to us or not it can be a difficult, distressing time.

As a Person-Centred Counsellor I offer a confidential and safe space for you to talk through and explore your thoughts and feelings. I believe you are the expert on yourself and as we work together it will help you  unravel why you think and feel as you do. 

I offer both short and long term counselling, therefore you can go at a pace that feels right for you. It is a journey which will give you more awareness of yourself and help you understand why you think, feel and react as you do. With this new insight you will feel able to work out how you want to move forward with your life.
