Often having someone who will listen empathically without judgement or expectation can be a great relief. Whatever you are going through I offer a safe and confidential space to begin to talk through and make more sense of what you are experiencing. 

As a Person-Centred Counsellor I believe you are the expert on your life and through the counselling relationship it will enable you to gain more awareness of yourself. As we work together you will begin to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviour and therefore gain more understanding about why you think and feel as you do. 

I offer both short and long term counselling, therefore you can go at a pace that feels right for you. It is a journey of personal growth and self awareness which will help you understand and have more insight into yourself. With this new insight you will feel able to be the person you want to be and work out how you want to move forward with your life.
